Sushila Chanana is a high-stakes technology litigator and legal advisor, who has a background in privacy and cybersecurity. She represents companies in complex civil matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secrets disputes. Her clients have ranged from startups to Fortune 500 companies. In addition to representing clients in federal and state court, at both the trial and appellate levels, Sushila also assists clients with matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Additionally, Sushila has drafted amicus briefs in various U.S. Supreme Court cases.
In addition to successfully representing clients in court, Ashe routinely secures favorable settlements on behalf of her clients. Outside of litigation, Sushila also works with her clients to develop long-term intellectual property protection strategies and licensing programs.
Prior to law school, Sushila was a cybersecurity consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ronald B. Robie of the Third District of the California Court of Appeal.
She previously served as a U.S. Supreme Court Legal News Correspondent in Washington, D.C.
