The time limit for PCT National Phase Entry in Denmark

The time limit for PCT national stage entry in Denmark is 31 months from the date of priority. This term may be restored within two months from the observance of an error, however, not later than one year from the expiration of the deadline.

The UM is valid for 3 years from the international filing date and may be extended for a further three-year and four-year terms up to 10 years by payment of the first maintenance fee by the end of the 2nd year and the second maintenance fee by the end of the 6th year.
