Annie Wang has more than 9 years of combined law firm and in-house experience in intellectual property counseling. She has managed Aruba Network’s wireless patent portfolio since she joined the company in 2011. She is particularly skilled at aggressively growing an early-stage or medium-sized company’s patent portfolio both in quantity and quality within resource constraints. She has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of high-quality patents relating to computer hardware and software, including networking, security, machine learning, big data analytics, etc. In addition, she has helped her clients to secure global trademark registrations, resolve domestic/foreign IP disputes, and align IP strategy with industry standards and trends. She also provides patent litigation support, conducts IP due diligence, performs freedom of operation research, etc. She currently serves as a committee member in the International Patent Law & Practice Committee at the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO).
