Haris Z. Bajwa has spent over a decade developing and defending patents for the world’s leading innovating companies – including Google, Broadcom, NEC, Alcatel Lucent, Samsung, Toshiba, Fuji Electronics, and AOL. He has worked as a patent examiner for the US Patent & Trademark Office, as well as for some of the leading firms in this field (Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP and Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox, PLLC). Additionally, he also has extensive experience working with various incubators and technology transfer offices.Mr. Bajwa also advises various governmental entities on their intellectual property policies to aid in spurring innovation. Additionally,
Mr. Bajwa actively engages in lectures in various emerging markets on innovation and intellectual property matters.

•Patent transactions and related activities, such as searching for target patent acquisitions, conducting due diligence investigations, and negotiating patent sales and licenses.
•Significant experience in litigating patent disputes, marketing patents to third parties, and evaluating patents for acquisition.
•Mr. Bajwa’s technical expertise spans the fields of mechanical products, semiconductors, business methods, networking and wireless communications, cloud computing, mobile devices, web browsers, geographical information systems (GIS), large-scale data analysis and storage, databases and structures, image processing,analog and digital circuits, and consumer electronic devices.
Mr. Bajwa received his B.S. in electrical engineering (magna cum laude) from North Carolina State University. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia-School of Law.
