Mr. Wang is very familiar with the trademark laws and practices of China and the other countries, and he has been focusing on all-round services such as trademark retrieval, monitoring, registration, protection, licensing, legal opinions on trademark strategy and the like.  Mr. Wang is a co-author of the book “Trademark Laws and Practices throughout the World”, which was published by China industrial and commercial press in 2005.

His area of practice are application, registration, and protection of trademarks and copyrights at home and abroad; domain name disputes; anti-counterfeiting; trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation.
