Ms. Wallis has extensive state and federal court experience litigating intellectual property matters including Lanham Act infringement claims, copyright infringement, and unfair business practices. Ms. Wallis also maintains her business clients’ IP portfolios and trains her clients’ employees on best practices to avoid infringement claims.
