Christopher leads The Climate Corporation’s intellectual property team, where his role includes product counsel responsibilities for the Climate FieldView™ digital agriculture platform. The Climate Corporation is a division of Monsanto Company and aims to help all the world’s farmers sustainably increase their productivity through the use of digital tools. The Climate FieldView platform provides farmers with a comprehensive, connected suite of digital tools that bring together seamless field data collection, advanced agronomic modeling, and local weather monitoring into simple mobile and web software solutions to give farmers a deeper understanding of their fields so they can make more informed operating decisions to optimize yields, maximize efficiency and reduce risk. Previously, Christopher was at the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focused on intellectual property and strategy for emerging and mature technology companies and venture funds. Christopher has a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.S.M.E.. from the University of Michigan.
